Aaj kal fake bank SMS, UPI scam messages, delivery fraud alerts, aur customer care scams bahut common ho gaye hain. Agar aap soch rahe hain “fraud message kaise pahchane”, to yah guide simple Hinglish mein aapko clearly batayega ki suspicious message ko kaise identify karein.

Agar message mein urgency ho, OTP/UPI PIN maanga gaya ho, unknown link ho, account block ki warning ho, ya app install karne ko bola gaya ho, to woh message suspicious ho sakta hai.

1. Dar ya urgency create karna

Scam messages aksar aapko dara kar jaldi action karwana chahte hain. Example:

  • Your bank account will be blocked today
  • KYC pending, update immediately
  • UPI account suspended, verify now

Genuine organizations usually itni aggressive language mein message nahi bhejte.

2. OTP, UPI PIN, CVV, ya personal details maangna

Yeh sabse bada red flag hai. Koi bhi real bank, UPI app, ya support team aapse:

  • OTP
  • UPI PIN
  • ATM PIN
  • CVV
  • full card details

message ya call pe nahi maangti.

3. Suspicious link ya short link hona

Agar message mein strange website link ho ya short link ho (jaise bit[dot]ly, tinyurl, cutt[dot]ly), to extra careful rahiye.

Fake message mein aapko link par click karke:

  • KYC update
  • refund claim
  • account unlock
  • delivery reschedule
  • prize collect

karne ko bola ja sakta hai.

4. APK ya remote access app install karne ko kehna

Agar koi message bolta hai ki support ke liye app install karein, screen share karein, ya AnyDesk/TeamViewer type app use karein, to bahut dangerous ho sakta hai.

Scammers aise apps se aapka phone control karne ki koshish karte hain.

5. Bank ya UPI brand ka naam use karna

Fake messages aksar trusted names use karte hain, jaise:

  • SBI
  • HDFC Bank
  • ICICI Bank
  • PhonePe
  • Paytm
  • Google Pay
  • Bank of India

Sirf brand name dekhkar trust mat kijiye. Message ka full content, link, sender style, aur request ko bhi dekhiye.

6. Refund, collect request, ya paise receive karne ke naam par trap

Bahut log sochte hain ki paise receive karne ke liye PIN dalna safe hai. Lekin UPI scams mein scammer “collect request” bhejkar aapse PIN enter karwata hai aur paise nikal leta hai.

Yaad rakhiye: paisa receive karne ke liye UPI PIN nahi lagta.

7. Message ajeeb, generic, ya badly written lagna

Kuch fraud messages mein spelling mistakes, awkward Hindi/English, ya generic words hote hain. Example:

  • Dear customer update now urgent
  • Your account stop today verify immediately
  • Click this link for refund release

Har broken-English message scam nahi hota, lekin yeh suspicion badhata hai.
